What I’m most upset about is the terrible customer service. I found the receptionist very rude right from the beginning; while I was asking questions, she was busy chatting with her colleagues. Even worse, she assigned me to one of the staff members but never showed me who that was! I ended up sitting for 15 minutes with the receipt in my hand, mistakenly thinking another person was taking care of me, while the actual assigned person was free the whole time. The receptionist should have clearly directed me to the right person, especially since it was my first — and definitely my last — time at this salon! This happened on Sep 16, 2025 around 11 AM
